By law, patients must be informed of the "advance directives"
available to help ensure that their wishes regarding the acceptance or
refusal of medical treatment, including life-sustaining treatment, are
carried out even if they are no longer capable of making or communicating
their decisions. If you would like more information about Powers of
Attorney for Healthcare, Living Wills, and Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders call
McKinley Administration at 333-2711.
We also ask that if you currently have an Advance Directive document,
please provide us with a copy.
