Effective Spring 2019 semester, McKinley Health Center no longer provides a paper visit confirmation form during your visit.  You can now access your MyMcKinley student health portal to print a copy of an “Event Confirmation” which documents each visit and Dial a Nurse triage call.  Follow the instructions below to access/print your “Event Confirmation”

  • Log in to MyMcKinley.illinois.edu
  • Click on Billing Statement & Event Confirmation
  • Click on the appropriate date (bottom left corner)
  • Click the printer icon to print the Event Confirmation (page 2 of the Billing Statement)
