McKinley is now open for students to self-schedule many of their appointments:

Some appointments in the Medical Clinics can be scheduled online* using MyMcKinley.

*There will be a $20 charge if you do not cancel at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Failure to do so will result in a $20 fee charged to your student account.

Most common symptoms include:

  • Fever
  • Dry cough
  • Tiredness

Less common symptoms:

  • Aches and pains
  • Sore throat
  • Diarrhea
  • Conjunctivitis
  • Headache
  • Loss of taste or smell
  • a rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes

Serious symptoms:

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Chest pain or pressure


Appointments may also be scheduled by phone (217-333-2700) Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

All Pharmacy and other charges will be placed onto student accounts.
Students are encouraged to request medication refills online through MyMcKinley.

Due to staffing and scheduling nuances, we cannot guarantee appointments can always be with your preferred caregiver, but we will try to accommodate as possible.

To cancel an appointment, go to or call (217-333-2700) during business hours.

You must cancel your appointment at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. To dispute a missed appointment charge, print “No Show Dispute Form”, complete the form and upload to the MyMcKinley portal.
